The error "Failed getting license details from licensing service" means that Deployer cannot communicate with the Licensing Service to get the license information.

To resolve this issue, please try the following:

  1. Make sure that the Licensing Service is running properly (Open the Licensing Service, under Programs > Tzunami > Tzunmai Deployer 3.2 Licensing Service). Make sure the service is started, and that a license file is properly loaded into the Licensing Console. If not, please contact the Support Team. 
  2. Are the Remote Service and the Licensing Service installed on the same machine? If they're not installed on the same machine, you will need to configure the Remote Service to locate the Licensing Service. Please refer to the below link for instructions to do so:
