These logs are located within the Tzunami Exporter Installation Directory.  The default path for the Exporter Installation folder is as follows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Tzunami\Deployer 3.2\Exporters\<ECM-Name>

**<ECM-Name> depends on which Exporter you have installed, e.g. LiveLink/DocuShare/eRoom and so on.

 

Within this folder, locate the folder titled "logs."  When these files are requested, please zip the entire 'Log' folder and send it to the support team.
