The error “License action counter has illegal value” usually indicates that the license file was modified from the outside, or has been corrupted.
To resolve this issue, the Support Team will need to generate a new license for your Licensing Service.
Please send an email to the Support Team, and let us know you encountered this specific error. To get a new license from us, please send us the following:
1. Inside the installation directory of Tzunami Deployer, you will find files of the type <GUID>.lic (e.g. : 21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D.lic).
Please send us all of those files. (If you have multiple installations of Deployer then please send us these files from all the installation location).
2. In the Licensing service console, go to the “Lock License" tab. Select the option "I understand the meaning of locking the license and I wish to continue". This will enable the "Save License & Lock" button - Click it to save the license. You will need to type for confirmation, and the file will be saved.
Please send us the locked license and also the generated challenge key from the Console.
Once we get the above, we will send you a new license and you can load it in Licensing Service console.
