Run Exporter to export in Batch File using Command-Line Export. 

This guide allows you to run the Tzunami Exporter to export the data in Batch Files using command line export without using GUI. 

 

To export the data in Batch files from the command line, follow the given steps: 

  • Run the Tzunami Exporter (For e.g. Tzunami Documentum Exporter) and connect to the Documentum Server. 

  • In the Folder window, select the folder you wish to export.

  • In the destination folder, you can specify where you wish to export the data and click “Save…” button.

  • Create and Save the XML file in secure location.

NOTE: You can find the details of the Exporting the data such as Documentum Folder, Export Location etc. in the XML file as shown in the picture below. 

 

  • Open the Command Prompt and run the command line export function: 
    <” TzunamiExporter.exe”> -s <”XML File”> 

For example:  

C:\User\Administrator> “C:\Program Files (x86)\Tzunami\Deployer 4.0\Exporters\ContentServer\TzunamiExporter.exe” -s “D:\Spec Files\specs1.xml” C:\Program Files (x86)\Tzunami\Deployer 4.0\Exporters\ContentServer> TzunamiExporter.exe -s “D:\Spec Files\specs1.xml” 

 

 

You can manually change the XML files too to select Documentum Folder and Exporting File Location.
