Using a OneNote Notebook or Modern Site pages as SharePoint Online targets

We have Confluence pages/content that we'd like to migrate. From Confluence On-Prem to SharePoint Online. I'd like to end up with some content becoming SharePoint pages and other content becoming OneNote pages. Does your products support that or is the only option Enterprise Wiki page and wiki pages in a library?
