Sometimes when loading a license file, you will get the following error:

  1. If a user has modified the License file and then loaded the licensing file, an error will appear.  Please re-send the challenge key to the Support Team so we can issue you a new license file.
  2. This message will also appear if the user sent the wrong challenge key to the Support Team.  Please verify that you sent the challenge key from the Licensing Service Console if you are a paying customer.  For those evaluating the software, please make sure you loaded the license into the correct instance of Deployer.

This means that the error message will also appear if you've sent the wrong challenge key to the Support Team.  Please verify that you sent the challenge key from the Licensing Service Console if you are a paying customer.  For those still in the evaluation step of the software, please make sure you loaded the license into the correct instance of Deployer. Each Deployer instance needs a license of its own.
